Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Purpose to Prosperity (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and related services (the “Service”), including our dashboard and Google integrations.
Information We Collect
- Account information: such as name, email address, and authentication details. If you sign in with Google via Firebase Authentication, we receive basic profile information (for example, your email and name) from Google.
- Client and booking data: details you enter or generate in the Service (for example, client contact information, booking details, notes, and related metadata).
- Communications: messages you send through our contact forms or support channels.
- Usage data: information about how you use the Service (for example, approximate location inferred from IP address, device/browser data, and log events).
- Cookies: we use cookies and similar technologies for core functionality (for example, security and sign-in state) and to support integrations (for example, OAuth state during Google connection flows).
Google Integrations (Calendar and Drive)
If you choose to connect a Google account for Calendar or Drive features, we request permission (OAuth scopes) to access and process certain Google user data on your behalf. The specific data accessed depends on what you enable and what actions you take in the Service.
Commonly requested scopes
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.metadata.readonly
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile
- Google Calendar: we may read calendar list information, check availability (free/busy), read event information as needed for scheduling features, and create calendar events (including conferencing/Google Meet details when requested).
- Google Drive: we may read file metadata and access files that you select for use with the Service (for example, files you choose to upload or attach), consistent with the permissions you grant.
We store OAuth tokens associated with connected accounts to keep the integration working (for example, to refresh access when tokens expire). You can disconnect an integration in the Service and can also revoke access from your Google Account settings.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties except as necessary to provide the integration or as required by law.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
